Giacomo Bassi (1991), born in Imola, grew sportingly both in Italy and abroad with the help of the best national and international coaches.
An instructor at N.E.A. Horse Farm ASD in Imola, he began his competitive career at a very young age, following the passions and dreams of his father Giampaolo.
He has participated in numerous international competitions as both a Junior and a Young Rider, quickly reaching the top of the national computer list and becoming one of the leading riders on the Italian team.
Winner of 3 CSIO Grand Prix events, including one in Hagen, Germany, he placed 4th in the Italian National Championship at just 25 years old. He has had numerous appearances in Nations Cups and high-level competitions. Due to his international results, he is ranked in the top 500 of the Jumping Longines FEI World Athlete (2022).
